At Virtual Research Insights we are committed to providing relevant and helpful information to all our users and customers, through our report, websites, blog or directly through emails.
We want you to know that we don’t sell or exchange information we have on users or customers, we don’t sell or exchange marketing lists without prior consent.

Types of data we collect
You will find various forms on our websites, in these forms you are asked to provide information, in most cases this will be your full name and an email address but others may ask for more information.
Once the form is submitted, if it means you will be put into our marketing software you will be sent an email which requires you to confirm that you want to be put onto one of our mailing lists, this is our double opt-in process. On all information, resource and marketing emails we send you there will be an ‘unsubscribe button’, this allows you to quickly leave the marketing list and you will not be contacted again through that marketing list.
We use a third-party provider, ActiveCampaign, to deliver our newsletter, webinar reminders, information, resources and marketing emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our direct email offerings. Mailing list opt-in information
Virtual Research Insights will use the data provided to send you emails with information we feel is relevant to you. Information provided can be but is not exclusively, resources and content information regarding learning and development, upcoming events, services and products we provide that are relevant to your needs. The information provided is used for these purposes and is not processed in any other way. We will never sell your information to other organisations or offer your data to other organisations without your prior consent. You can opt out and unsubscribe from any of our lists by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of emails. Please keep in mind if you have subscribed to multiple lists when you hit unsubscribe you will only be removed from that list. We periodically erases data for people who are not subscribed to any of our lists.
Third party organisations
Your information may be shared with other third party organisations we deal with. Our website is provided by WordPress, for information please see the WordPress privacy notice. Our automated marketing software is provided by ActiveCampaign, for more information, please see the ActiveCampaign privacy notice.
How we keep your details safe
The majority of our data is held on third party servers and kept secure on their systems. Any other information we hold on you is kept secure on our systems. Access to customer information is strictly controlled and only accessed by staff who need it to do their job.
